DX8342 Fire Resistance Tester for Building Components

Scope of application: It is suitable for the fire resistance test of building components, and the fire resistance of load-bearing vertical separation components.

Operating voltage: AC 380V±10% 50NZ.

Furnace body: The test furnace is composed of bricks, steel structure and fireproof and thermal insulation materials.

Specimen size: width 300mm× height 300mm (can be customized).

The dimensions of the furnace are approximately:

Vertical furnace: L3.2m× W2.2m× H4.0m       

Horizontal furnace: L3.2m× W3.2m× H1.5.

Gas flow: 0~100L/min Measurement accuracy 2.5 grade.

Air flow: 0~50m3/min Measurement accuracy≤±0.5m3/min.

Gas tank capacity: ≥50kg×6.

Load measuring equipment: ±2.5% of the load value should be added (required for loading type test).

Specimen gap measuring probe: 6mm diameter ±0.1mm, diameter 25mm±0.2mm.

Combustion system: gas distribution system (within 10 meters), flamethrower (not less than 20) and regulating valves.
